Ministry
Our mission is to provide many opportunities to grow in the Spirit through
discipleship and fellowship. Our ministry groups provide a place to build
relationships in a personal, comfortable environment! We hang out,
catch up, and join in dynamic discussions with people just like
ourselves. We just plain have fun!

Our goal is to build a community where nobody stands alone. We offer a
wide variety of choices for everyone:

Small Groups - MPC has several Small Groups that meet regularly
throughout the year to study the Bible and participate in group
discussion. They typically share a meal or refreshments and enjoy good
        Christian fellowship together.

Children’s Sunday School – Kids of all ages gather in graded classes
on Sunday mornings from 9:00 am – 10:00 am to explore faith in their
        lives.

Adult Sunday School:  Join us for a biblical exploration through the
Scriptures with our Pastor.  We meet every Sunday from 9:00 am -10:00
        am.

Middletown Church Women (MCW) – our purpose is to build a caring
community of women that strengthens the Church and helps women to
be a living witness to Christ in our daily lives and relationships. All
women of the church are considered members so we plan various
types of events--both small group and church-wide activities to
celebrate the joy of being a woman and to build strong relationships.  If
you want to find out what our circle is all about, join us!

Prime Time Plus - is a group of mature adults and others who meet for
lunch and a program on the third Monday of each month. They share
good food and fun fellowship as they are entertained and enlightened
with various programs each month. Some are educational in nature,
while many are filled with talented performers or group sing a longs.

Women’s Wednesday Bible Study – Our Bible study meets every
Wednesday at 9:30 am at the church.  On each third Wednesday of the
month we visit Fair Acres Geriatric Center to entertain the residents with
our singing–We leave for Fair Acres at 1:30 pm and arrive back at the
church around 3:00 pm.  All are welcomed to join us. Any questions
        contact Chriss at (610) 565-8317.

Men’s Breakfasts - This group meets throughout the year on a
Saturday morning for breakfast, prayer and a program.  Watch each
month for details and sign up to be a part of this great group of men of
        our church.

Coffee House – The purpose of the Legacy Coffeehouse is to open the
door of fellowship among Christians of all denominations while praising
the Lord with our words and music, This outreach music ministry is led by
        John Bell.

Keep-In-Touch Program – The Adult Ministry Team coordinates the
Keep In Touch program for our college students. Adults volunteer to
communicate with a college student throughout the school year with
gentle reminders that the church is thinking about them while they are
away studying hard at college. The mentors gather each year in early
February to put together special Valentine Care packages for each of
        our students.

Senior Care Ministries – We are a volunteer, Christian, educational
organization whose primary purpose is to provide information of special
importance to seniors and their adult children. SCM is made up of
qualified individuals from a variety of professions, including healthcare,
law, accounting, financial services, and retirement management who
offer their time and talents without compensation to present seminars,
workshops, and other educational programs focusing on the special
        needs of older adults.

The volunteers of SCM have decades of experience in providing services
to seniors. Participants in the programs will have these professionals
available to answer their questions, but will not be obligated to use their
services. They will offer any participant a free initial consultation to cover
issues that could not be covered during the presentation.

SCM partners with local churches and organizations to provide programs
for seniors and the adult children of aging parents. Each attendee
receives valuable information for present and future plans and decisions.
They are dedicated to helping all seniors and their families obtain quality
care and peace of mind in their later years.

Music – Our music program gives everyone the opportunity to make a
joyful noise unto the Lord.  On Sundays, we rotate between our
traditional choir and our contemporary band. If you like to just sing or
sing & play a musical instrument – we invite you to join in.
